Burnt chili & garlic rice

This is the most amazing fried rice you can ever cook in your house. Have it with Oyster chicken or any other  veg/ non veg dishes.

INGREDIENTS:

Boiled rice: 150 gm

Garlic:10-15 cloves

Chili (dried and crushed):2-3 no.

Capsicum: 50 gm

Carrot:30gm

Oil:30 ml

Salt:to taste

Pepper:10 gm

Sugar: 10 gm

MSG: 10 gm

Soy sauce: 1 tbsp.

Vinegar: 1 tbsp.

METHOD:

  1. Heat wok and add oil to it.
  2. Add chopped chili and garlic to it and fry till brown and remove from oil on a kitchen paper.
  3. Add fresh garlic to oil , add chopped capsicum and carrot to it and stir fry.
  4. Add seasoning and sauces to it.
  5. Add rice and toss well.
  6. Serve it garnished with fried chili and garlic and spring onion greens.IMG_20180412_155104-01
