This is the most amazing fried rice you can ever cook in your house. Have it with Oyster chicken or any other veg/ non veg dishes.
Boiled rice: 150 gm
Chili (dried and crushed):2-3 no.
Capsicum: 50 gm
Sugar: 10 gm
MSG: 10 gm
Soy sauce: 1 tbsp.
Vinegar: 1 tbsp.
- Heat wok and add oil to it.
- Add chopped chili and garlic to it and fry till brown and remove from oil on a kitchen paper.
- Add fresh garlic to oil , add chopped capsicum and carrot to it and stir fry.
- Add seasoning and sauces to it.
- Add rice and toss well.
- Serve it garnished with fried chili and garlic and spring onion greens.
